Our First Date!
Our journey started a year ago, December 29, 2010. Like many people these days, we met online, yes, online!!! Kyle contacted me online because I was not interested in finding someone that lived out of town. Kyle lived in Waco so I was not really interested until we started talking everyday, many times a day. We finally decided to meet each other. I decided that I would drive to Waco for the day to meet him. Yes, all my family and friends thought I was CRAZY!!! I was SOO nervous to meet Kyle because I had never done anything like that before, but my nerves began to go away as soon as I saw Kyle. From the moment we met, I had a smile on my face. We had the most random, but fun first date! If you know the Waco area, there is not a whole lot going on there, but we sure did hit the "hot spots," of the town. We began our date by going to Cheddars for drinks and a little bit of talking to get to know each other a little better, we than went to the movies and saw Country Strong. We had already established that we were both HUGE country music fans, so it was very fitting. :) After the movie, Kyle told me about this cool place that tons of Waco people always go to, George's! Needless to say, that was one of our favorite hangouts when we were in Waco. After George's, we went to one of his friend's house for a little while. It was such a fun date. We continued talking everyday and began our long-distance relationship for about 10 months. Kyle finally got a job in Dallas and moved in November. That same month, Kyle proposed and we got married a month later. Those of you that know us, realize that we are spur of the moment people and waiting a year to get married was just not going to happen! :) It has been a crazy, rollercoaster ride of a relationship, but I wouldn't want it any other way! I got to marry the most handsome man in the world and my best friend!! In true Kyle and Tiffany fashion, it is sure to be a fun ride of a life together and I can not wait!!! <3
